Hi, my name is Sophie. I have a big passion for baking. I started this website as a part of a year long school project. In my project I decided to learn about the science behind baking and new baking techniques.

 

Also during this project I have incorporated my passion for helping others. I have done this by creating a way to raise money for charity called Chocolates For Charity. In this I have been selling boxes of chocolates that I have made and giving the money to a variety of good causes.
