Ingredients

227g butter

130g sugar

170g egg

8g vanilla

384g flour

15g baking powder

2g salt

128g chopped chocolate


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300f and prep pan.

  2. Cream butter and sugar then add egg in three parts.

  3. Add vanilla to butter mix.

  4. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Add butter mix to dry ingredients.

  6. Fold in chocolate or any other dried fruit/nuts.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes.

  8. Take out of oven and cut into diagonal strips.

  9. Place back on tray and bake each side for 10 minutes at 325f.

  10. Cool and serve.
