Ingredients

250g butter

260g chopped chocolate

4 eggs

280g sugar

120g flour

30g cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 400f. Grease and line pan.

  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Once melted take off heat and stir till the mix becomes room temp.

  3. Whisk egg and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy. Fold in chocolate mixture.

  4. Sift flour, coca powder, and salt into a bowl. Add in chocolate-egg mix.

  5. Bake for 23 minutes. Let cool then cut and serve.
