Chocolate Cookie Crunch

Ingredients
40g butter
120g sugar
35g flour
70g egg white
1/4tsp vanilla
110g chocolate(tempered)
Instructions
Brown butter on a saucepan. then let coot back to room temperature.
Mix butter, sugar, and flour together with a wooden spoon.
Add egg whit and vanilla
Preheat oven to 350f and line pans with parchment paper.
Pour some of the batter on to the pan and spread out to almost paper thin. (a good way to do this is pour bather on half of parchment then fold parchment over and smooth batter out. the unfold parchment.)
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.Let cool completely.
Crush cookie up lightly but not too fine.
Fold crushed cookie with melted and tempered chocolate(look at my post on how to temper chocolate.)
Pour out on to a tray with parchment and let set.
Cut and serve.
