Coloring Chocolates

This recipe is using one mold with 21 chocolate pieces.

Ingredients

Colored cocoa butter


Instructions

  1. Melt cocoa butter in microwave first with one minute and then in 30 second intervals. Shake every 30 seconds of heating.

  2. Once cocoa butter is melted and tempered you can either pour a small amount on to a plate and use a brush to pain on the mold or use a air brush for a more smooth look.

  3. let the cocoa butter harden before adding chocolate to the mold.
