Glazed Donut

Ingredients For Dough

365g milk

71g butter

15g dry yeast

78g water

100g eggs

48g sugar

12g salt

652g all porpoise flour


Ingredients For Glaze

35g water

375g powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Mix together melted butter and milk.

  2. Warm water to 35c and combined it with yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Combine yeast mix and milk mix together.

  4. Add eggs, sugar, and salt to milk and yeast mix.

  5. Mix wet ingredients with flour using a dough hook on slow.

  6. Cover dough lightly with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.

  7. Put dough onto nonstick surface and chill in frig.

  8. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick

  9. Cut dough into donut shape using 90mm and 40mm cookie cutters.

  10. Let rise for 30 minutes.

  11. Fry dough for 1 minute per side.

  12. Let cool

  13. To make glaze mix water in powdered sugar.

  14. Dip donuts in to glaze and serve.
