Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
200g white chocolate
100g dark chocolate
70g crushed peppermint candy
Instructions
Temper white chocolate. pour on to tray with parchment paper and spread out.
Temper dark chocolate. drizzle over white chocolate.
Sprinkle peppermint on top of chocolate while still soft.
let bark set for 10 - 15 minutes.
break or cut into peaces.
